The booking is for 1 hour of service or until all snoballs are served; whichever comes first. We can accommodate and serve any amount of snoballs within one hour as long as your guests are present.

You may also inquire about a longer time slot at an additional charge at the end of this form.

Additional information, special requests, and questions

Details may include location description, additional contact information (your role in booking: event planner/corporate office), and more.

Additional requests and questions may include request for information about a longer time slot, multiple day/recurring events, package add-ons (cream flavors, size changes, etc.), and more. Note that add-ons and package changes may come at an additional charge.

The only thing you need to provide is a 110v outlet that is no further than 50 feet from the serving area and easy access to the serving location. We ask that all parties be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

Limited flavors are supplied for certain events. A sugar-free option, cream flavors, and/or condensed milk can also be provided. If possible, we may be able to run off generator power.*
